How it works
- Notifies our expert pharmacy team four days before your refill is due
- Allows our pharmacy team to contact your doctor directly if you have no refills*
- Calls you at your home, work or mobile number to let you know when your prescriptions are ready to pick up
- Enrol in-store or over the phone. Just call one of our team members
*Doctor permitting. Any changes to prescription, including changes in dosage, should be reported to your pharmacy.
Automatic Prescription Renewal
When you get your prescriptions filled at White Cross Dispensary , you can enroll in Rexall Reminder Ready™ service. This service notifies our expert pharmacists of your prescription renewal four days before your refill is due. Then we'll call you when your medications are ready to be picked up. No more missed refills, no more waiting, one less thing to remember!
